We want you to love your hoodie as much as we love Mt. Tam. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
Size & Exchange
Need a different size? We’ve got you.
Email us and we’ll help you swap sizes (subject to availability)
Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the original item
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email hello@ilovemttam.com within 15 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Whether you’re requesting a return or exchange
The item name and size
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and make it right
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damage or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the issue so we can assist quickly
Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Made-to-order
Made-to-order items are eligible for return or exchange under the same 15-day policy, unless the item is clearly marked Final Sale.
